I think this issue is related to Ticket #964.
Because if compiler is provide as universal binay, user must be expect to
build universal binary by it.
And Xcode - Mac OS X's default developper tool - support to build
universal binay.
So I think it's not comfortable that, if ghc is just provided as univesal
binay and doesn't support to build universal binary.
