Sorry about the missing module. It slipped my mind that Cabal sensibly
leaves it out of the "sdist" when commented out. I created a
[http://dimensional.googlecode.com/files/dimensional-0.7.1_ghc_bug_1919.tar.gz
new archive] but I see you (Simon) already worked around it.
