We now have

ghc-6.8.1.20071122/libraries/haskell-src/Language/Haskell/Parser.hs
ghc-6.8.1.20071122/libraries/haskell-src/Language/Haskell/Parser.ly.source
}}}
(i.e. no `Parser.ly`) so Cabal doesn't think that it should use happy.
Fixed in both HEAD and 6.8 branch.
