#2008: GHCi takes increasingly more memory

If I start GHCi, then just leave the computer alone, the GHC process
associated with GHCi takes increasingly more memory. I start GHCi with no
arguments, and it initially takes 11Mb of Memory (Private working set) as
reported by Windows Task Manager. After 3 hours, the memory has risen to
20Mb. This is using 6.9.20071226 on Vista. I will try to replicate this on
other machines.
