Unfortunately, rebuilding ghc after rebuilding the configure scripts was
not in itself enough to fix the problem. Even when I configure with
--docdir=/usr/share/doc/ghc-6.8.2, the package.conf file still contains
directories of the form /usr/share/doc/ghc.
I'm adding --htmldir=/usr/share/doc/ghc-6.8.2 to the configure line to see
if that helps. The turnaround time for these tests is long, because
they're run on the distro's main build servers, in clean source trees :-)
