Comment (by vladimir):

 Problem is, i don't know what "enough info" would be :] Let's try :

 Using xmonad 0.6 darcs version, last updated yesterday (along with
 XMonadContrib files) The X11 library is also up to date. Never had this
 problem before yesterday's update.

 The steps to reproduce it :
 1) Spawn Shell prompt
 2) type anything (doesnt have to be a valid command)
 3) Press <CR>
 4) X11 crashes to console with following message :
 xmonad-i386-linux: internal error: PAP
   object entered! (GHC version 6.8.2 for i386_unknown_linux) Please
   report this as a GHC bug: http://www.haskell.org/ghc/reportabug

 My full xmonad.hs config (http://pastebin.com/m6804d9e1) and xinitrc
 (http://pastebin.com/m42de0648) if needed.

 I on a gentoo box,
 2.6.24-r2 kernel,
 xorg-server-1.4.0.90-r3,
 terminal=rxvt-unicode(8.9),
 shell=zsh(4.3.5),
 ghc-6.8.2
 ... hope this helps... anything else ?
