#2226: duplicate samples in heap profiling (-hc) output on 6.8.2

 I tried to catch a bug in xmonad by using heap profiling (-hc). Compiled
 all libraries with -prof -auto-all. The .hp output seems broken as samples
 are written to the file multiple times. See attached example of xmonad.
