#2287: GHCi fails to start

GHCi fails to start with following error message:
: Unknown PEi386 section name `.reloc' (while processing: C:\ghc\ghc-head
\ghc-prim-0.1\HSghc-prim-0.1.o)
Loading package ghc-prim ... : panic! (the 'impossible' happened)
(GHC version 6.9.20080514 for i386-unknown-mingw32):
loadObj: failed
Both GHC version 6.9.20080514 with build setting "quick" and build setting
"quickest" have this issue.
