I've create a patch bundle which fixes the issues above, #1217 (on behalf
of Neil) and #1337.
I think #1176 is fixed as well (but I cannot confirm as there is no
accessible test case).
I suggest #669 to be marked as invalid or wontfix.
There also is a
[http://code.haskell.org/~bhuber/Text/PrettyPrint/HughesPJQuickCheck.hs:QuickCheck
test suite]
with good coverage available.
