Comment:

 Couple of notes:

  * Fedora is shipping with `allow_execmem` turned on these days, so the
 issue only affects people that turn it off manually.

  * In order to reproduce the problem, you need to turn off both
 `allow_execmem` and `allow_execstack` using `setsebool`.
