I think you misunderstood the problem.
GHC's haddock document is already put at
http://www.haskell.org/ghc/dist/stable/docs/libraries/ghc/ and
http://www.haskell.org/ghc/dist/current/docs/libraries/ghc/. When GHC
6.10.1 released you can also see GHC's haddock documentation under
http://haskell.org/ghc/docs/latest/html/libraries/ghc/ .
So, problem is that there is no link to GHC's haddock in parent
directories document. See also #2656.
