It seems my CPATH and LD_LIBRARY_PATH was not set to
`/opt/local/{include,lib}` when running the test suite (as was the case
when building) Usually I copy gmp.h and libgmp.a manually to the
installation place so that my created binaries do not rely on a dynamic
libgmp. My fault.
