#2772: vista detects ghc crash on testsuite ghci derefnull

On Vista SP1, windows detects a ghc crash and pops up an interactive
prompt. Makes it tricky to leave the full testsuite running overnight.
When running the test suite from ghc head this morning
(for reference, last patch applied was:)
