tomekz, Galois has a lot of continuously running systems (as there are
also in the wider Haskell industrial and open source world (e.g.
xmonad!)), and I'm not aware of anyone encountering this. Typically we use
the threaded runtime though, if using threadDelay, for any serious system,
which might explain the result.
