Dear Lilac,
Could you test whether the 10.2 branch fixes your problem? Simon M has
made a bunch of fixes to `throwTo` which may well have done the job. You
should be able to use a recent snapshot distribution.

It's awkward for us to test because we have to install some particular
version of Reactive.
