Problem does *not* show up on Windows XP. On Vista present on GHC 6.8.any
and 6.10.1.
Also it is easier to just start compilation ghc --make of larger part of
software (larger package from hackage). The "for /L" method sometimes
leaves slots of time between compilations for GHCi to do garbage
collection.
