Since you've already done the hard part, I'll take a stab at writing the
documentation myself and submitting a patch for it. (If I can figure out
how... never done this before!)
I've managed to find out a lot from the GHC commentary. I have a couple of
questions remaining:
- Can "GHC RTS" ever be "no"? How?
- Does anybody have a list of the possible RTS "ways"?
