This patch broke things like
{{{
$ ./darcs-all rec
}}}
so I've rolled it back.
As we discussed on IRC before, I think this change only really helps if
you are trying to use multiple version control systems, so it should be
made in the `sync-all` script rather than the `darcs-all` script.
