#3482: Esc key no longer works in GHCi on Windows

I recently upgraded from 6.8.1 to 6.10.4. In GHCi 6.8.1
when I typed something at its command prompt and decided I didn't like it
I could press Esc to erase a command line. That was very handy.
In GHCi 6.10.4 hitting Esc does nothing.
