The testsuite test, ''T3294'' is incorrectly reported as an error when the
testsuite is ran against an unregistered build of GHC. The test is set to
run in only the ''normal'' way. When GHC is built without a native code
generator then the normal way is through the C code generator and so the
test runs instead of being skipped.
