The README in the source tarball
http://darcs.haskell.org/~ghc/dist/6.12.1rc1/ghc-6.12.0.20091010-src.tar.bz2
is unchanged since ghc-6.10.1. In particular it describes an extralibs
source tarball, which as far as I know no longer exists in ghc-6.12. This
section should be removed, and possibly replaced by a description of how
to obtain more libraries beyond "using Cabal".
