#3752: 6.12.1 release notes have bad url for Haskell Platrofm

As the Haskell Platform is suddenly critical to ghc, it would be good to
fix this bug right away. On the page
http://haskell.org/ghc/docs/6.12.1/html/users_guide/release-6-12-1.html
is the url
http://hackage.haskell.org/platformi/
which produces a 404 error.
For the future, I suggest running a link checker against the web pages
after changing them - I've learned that the hard way!

P.S. The correct "Version" 6.12.1 is not yet available for this ticket so
I'm using 6.12.1RC1 - I'm guessing this will get fixed soon!
