The reproduction instructions don't work exactly (there's no `Setup.hs` in
`hoc-read-only`). And the `Setup.hs` in `hoc-read-only/hoc` doesn't work
with the version of Cabal that comes with GHC 6.12.
Can you reproduce the bug with GHC 6.12?
If so, can you please attach the exact sources that show the bug, and the
instructions to reproduce it, to this ticket?
