#4117: GHC does not accept --srcdir

GHC does not accept --srcdir during building. (Yes - I know of error but
it should be fixed).
PS. Priority is probably lower then normal
PPS. For question why - I try to integrate it with takeoffgw so I try to
write cygbuild which uses separate build directory.
