I seem to be able to reproduce the bug. The build fails when used with at
least -j8 (i.e. I couldn't reproduce it with -j set to 7 or lower). It
seems that the mkdirhier script is run before it's actually ready. I'm
attaching the build log. Please let me know if you need any more
information.
