OK, I can't reproduce this with the HP 2010.2.0.0 release either. I get
{{{
-I C:\Program Files\Haskell Platform\2010.2.0.0\lib/include
}}}
whereas you are getting
{{{
"-IC:\\Program Files (x86)\\Haskell Platform\\2010.1.0.0/include"
}}}
(note the missing "\lib"), so I'm going to assume that this was a bug in
HP 2010.1.0.0 and close the ticket.
