Great, thanks. We are not currently planning to release another compiler
on the 6.12 branch, and it sounds as if the bug is fixed on the HEAD.
I'll re-milestone it as "6.12 branch" just in case we change our minds
about 6.12, and want to apply the patch to 6.12 after all
