Thanks for the report.
The HEAD `binary` repo certainly builds, as that's what we're building to
get `ghc-binary`.
You don't say what version you're building, but I imagine the problem is
that a newer `binary` needs to be released to hackage. I'm CCing Lennart
and Don (the maintainers).
