 Behind a load balancing NAT router, it is very difficult to do things with
 GHC's bug reporting system, because one gets logged out (and back in
 again) randomly.

 The problem is exacerbated by excessive redirections to "you don't have
 permission to do that" pages on this site, which cause browsers like
 firefox to occasionally permanently
 forget things such as the contents of forms.

 Some websites have an option to *not* tie sessions to IP addresses, which
 this
 one seems to lack.
