Far from self-contained, but I've not yet managed to find a small case.
First unpack vector-algorithms and install it with HEAD (vector-
algorithms-0.3.4 from hackage didn't install with HEAD yesterday, it
didn't like (new . N.New), impredicative polymorphism, I think). Then
install criterion from hackage. Then unpack testcase, cd example, $HEAD
-O2 --make bench.
