What is the status of this? I would be willing (and, I think, capable) to
write a patch in the next few days to add the {{{UnresolvedInfixE}}}
constructor, as I wrote it above, to Template Haskell. Would that be
useful to do, or should I just wait for you to implement all of the "New
directions in Template Haskell"?
