Oh. I used `NoScopedTypeVariables` because in the email it appears as
`!ScopedTypeVariables` so I assumed you were using C negation. But
acutally it was Trac markup!
Anyway, I tried the code you sent and it compiles just fine for me. Are
you absolutely 100% certain that you are up to date with HEAD?
