This problem seems to be exposed by some unpredictable combination of
foreign calls and external libraries, so it is difficult to make a
standalone testcase. I can try to prepare it, if it is acceptable that the
testcase compiles several modules and links -lgsl -llapack.
I'm sorry that it requires installation of packages, but could you
reproduce the problem with the above method?
