Comment:

 I don't think we'll do this, because as you say it would increase the size
 of the distributions a lot.  You can build GHC yourself with these
 libraries if you want (add `GhcLibWays = v p dyn p_dyn` to your
 `mk/build.mk`).

 I don't think we ever test `p_dyn`, so you might be in store for some
 unpleasant surprises - in which case feel free to file further tickets.
