I'm not sure when this started happening. I'm pretty sure it broke some
time between 6.12.3 and 7.0.1. Initially it was only one problem (bug
#4999), but after fixing that I ran into this.
I wouldn't be surprised it if the fix for #4999 was incomplete, that is, I
made it compile but other problems exist. Is there a way I could test that
idea?
