Further debugging shows that the segfault occurs when GHCi calls
`GhciMonad.turnOffBuffering` on stdin, stdout and stderr which are
closures loaded from `HSbase-4.3.1.0.o`.
Still trying to get a handle on whats wrong with the object loading.
