Compiling `simplCore/should_compile/T3016.hs` with `-O` does not finish
with 7.1.20110627 (I waited over 10 minutes), but it completes in 30s with
7.0.3.
Without `-O` it compiles fine, in about the same time as 7.0.3.
Marking as "highest" because this is a regression.
