First time user of -fllvm on Windows, I visited the download page here:
http://llvm.org/releases/download.html
Downloaded:
llvm-2.9-mingw32-i386.tar.bz2
llvm-gcc4.2-2.9-x86-mingw32.tar.bz2
Extracted them both to one convenient location, updated my PATH env var
before calling ghc with -fllvm, seems to work as expected, though
compilation is noticeably slower.
