There are things we can do to make this easier without actually changing
licenses. We could document clearly the obligations if you're shipping a
binary-only GHC-compiled program (collect the licenses from here here and
here, concatenate them into a file and include it in your distribution).
Taking it a step further, we could provide that file with each GHC
distribution. You might have more obligations if you have used extra
Hackage libraries, but at least it would be a starting point.
