#5472: eventlog file should drop ".exe" exetention for consistency.

GHC profiler always drop ".exe" extention in output file's name. But
eventlog doesn't. eventlog file can contain ".exe" extention when usign
"<program>.exe" command on Windows.
I think this different behavior causes problem when writing application.
So, eventlog file should drop ".exe" exetention for consistency.
