My very first attempt with the new kind system additions also failed due
to the lack of kind variable annotations. If needed, I can reconstruct the
example(s). I'd certainly like them to be added. (Furthermore, I'd really
like error messages to actually mention kinds rather than numbers of type
arguments.)
