 Acutally, isn't this fixed?  We now have `:set` and `:seti` in GHCi, see
 [http://www.haskell.org/ghc/docs/latest/html/users_guide/ghci-set.html
 #ghci-interactive-options the manual 2.8.3].  So can we close this ticket?
