Binary distribution for Happy

I really don't think you should have got rid of the binary distribution for
Happy 1.5 on Sparc/Solaris (which at least used to be on the Web page).  
I may be wrong, but I suspect it is isn't possible to build the latest GHC from
scratch on Solaris using what can be downloaded from the Web site, because to
build the GHC sources you need Happy, and to compile the Happy sources you also
need Happy.
