Re: ghc-2.03 on mips-sgi-irix6.2

I received several responses to my offer of building a binary kit of
ghc-2.03 for mips-sgi-irix6.2 so I decided to make it available on my
web site.

I hope that this *unofficial* distribution will be helpful for people
using IRIX until the next official release.
