I am working to get a 2.07 AIX build.
I am right now building .hc files for ghc-2.07
(without Native Code Gen support) on a Solaris machine.
When that's done (and is compiled on AIX) I should be able to
make an AIX distribution available.

A plain 2.03 version is available from
http://www.di.ufpe.br/tmp/ghc-2.03-rs6000-ibm-aix.tar.gz
[By plain I mean that the patches for concurrency, profiling and
parallel versions weren't in it, so don't try to build these libraries.]
