GHC License

Hi,

Could someone point me to the GHC License? I have downloaded the source,
but could not find it. A quick grep through the source revealed that not
all files have the same license (GNU Emacs General Public License, GNU
General Public License, GNU Library General Public License, Artistic
License) but most files don't even have a copyright notice. Is there a
document explaining which files are distributed under which license?
