FreeBSD 3.xx binary bundles

Hi Folks,

Yoshiyuki ONOUE <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> has kindly donated some binary
distributions of GHC 3.02 and 4.02 for FreeBSD version 3.0 and later.  These
can now be found on the website.
