I don't mind particularly, although I shall have to change a line or
two in my Makefiles. It might prevent me being pestered by students
(yes, term has just started here) if you made "-syslib" output a helpful
message (like "-syslib no longer supported; please use -package instead").
And also I'd appreciate it if you'd make a new HTML version of the documentation
available. (Most of the machines here are Sparc/Solaris which can't run
DocBook, so regenerating from the current sources is tricky.)
