Happy-1.8 ports for FreeBSD

For "Happy" users on freebsd,

I made a template of happy-1.8 ports for FreeBSD,
so please try and modify it freely.

If it seems no problems, I hope that someone put it
to freebsd's repository and it will be available widely.
