4.08.2

Any idea yet when 4.08.2 is going to be released?  The bugs I reported some time ago
are now getting to be a serious nuisance.  I've tried compiling the 4.08 branch from
source, but thanks to some as-yet-unclarified infelicity in gcc or ghc, I get
a segmentation fault from the resulting hsc.
